Thanks for the information and the heads up. It's curious that people with CDIB cards only (who may be registered as members with Tribes, such as the Pawnee, that prohibit dual enrollment) had their say in ratifying this Constitution, even though they can't vote in our regular elections. I'll look forward to receiving that mailout from the Government Reform Commission. I wonder which way they'll tell me to vote this time.
