Since my last posting, I have learned that it's also reported, but not confirmed, that 1) the forensic enrollment audit will be conducted by the same company (from Albuquerque) that handled the elections (remember the absentee ballot fiascos?), and 2) that there will be an AUTOMATIC presumption of irregularity applied to persons who are less than one fourth degree of Osage blood. If anyone can further research and shed light on this matter, please do.
