I was the author of that flyer and I do this kind of work (Constitution and Code writing) professionally. I have done so for many years. The Osage Government Reform Commission had a sizeable warchest to send color postcards, make long distance phone calls, and commission a website and webmaster. We had $1,500.00 to copy and send single page leaflets on Xerox paper until our money ran out, which it did. We didn't reach many Osages (only the shareholders who appeared on a list that was 4 years old), and many of those we reached had already submitted absentee ballots. I am sorry our grassroots effort offended you so much. Maybe you should send your $25.00 to the reelection campaigns of current office holders. They're going to need it.
