And think about this . . . 336 people voted "yes" and 301 voted "no." Well, how many Government Reform Commissioners do we have? 12 or so? And 3 or 4 employees of the Commisson office? Assuming all the Commissioners voted "yes" (and I think that's even far-fetched), well there you go . . . And that doesn't even take into account all the tribal employees who were herded into a meeting and explained that the Constitution was the "will of the people," and it was either the PARTY LINE or the UNEMPLOYMENT LINE. All that bullying and hustling in Osage County almost didn't work.
