Below are e-mails from all over--I hope everyone who is having a problem with absentee ballots will post on this website!!! √As of this date, March 3, my son Keith, my grandson Ryan, my cousin Myra and I have not received our absentee ballot. I sent all the info in early February. I have called two times to ask when the ballot would come. The lady said she sent the names and data to the vote people. So it makes me wonder how many other Osages haven't received their ballots. Barb in California √Sent: Sunday, March 05, 2006 12:05 PM Subject: Re: Osage Vote And when I called about mine, I was told it's too late to send! √Half of my family has not received ballots or information as to becoming registered. Any vote should be contested. (March 4th) √My daughter and I haven't received our absentee ballots yet. I'll have to check with my son tomorrow. (3-5-06) √More people that haven't received ballots. Also, my daughter, Joanne didn't receive hers a couple of weeks ago and called the Reform office 3 times and they kept saying she wasn't on the master list. So I went out there and checked and she WAS on the master list and they sent her and my grandson ballots (I think). They said they would, but I will check today. What if I wasn't here to check for her? What is going on? (3-5-06) √I have requested one but have yet to receive it. (3-3-06) √This is from my cousin. I never got my ballot so didn't have the chance to complain about this. Sure sounds like incompetence. (3-2-06) √I checked with Pam. She and daughter Courtney still haven't received their ballots. She called and they assured her they would be there in a few days. Why pray tell were they not counted and sent out all at once. She was told the tail of two Council Men who live a block apart, one received his several weeks before the other? That however doesn't solve her problem! While I'm at it will tell you this other tail. The first list that came out did not had my Granddaughter Brittany listed as missing. The second one we got had both she and her sister Lauren missing, said they didn't have an address. They have lived in the same house for years. Almost every year when I have been out there I have gone to the office and checked all 13 grandchildren and everything was correct. Out of 13 only these two were listed as lost. Since they are 19 and 23 makes you wonder? Thanks for letting me vent, sorry this turned out to be so long. √As of Tuesday daughter Pam had not received her ballot. She was going to call but have not talked to her recently. Will call her when she gets home from work. (3-3-06)
